Boardman Ridge Beauty is a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the heart of Traverse City, MI. This beautiful condo overlooks the Boardman Lake Trail and offers views of Boardman Lake. Guests will enjoy this lower level unit and its spacious wrap around patio complete with outdoor seating, grill, and outdoor bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the kitchen island, and a dining table for 6.
The condo is perfect for access for those with limited mobility as this is a ground floor unit, no stairs. and handicap accessible parking. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, SMART TV, and connected private full bathroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space and a desk for those who are working while away. The living room offers ample seating space, SMART TV with cable, fireplace and a sofa that converts into sleeping for two. There is a full guest bathroom, ample common closet space, washer/dryer, and wifi - all of the amenities needed for a perfect stay!
Outside of the condo, guests will find the location superb. It is within walking distance of breweries, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. A short car or bike ride puts guests to downtown Traverse City for shopping, bars, restaurants, entertainment and the Grand Traverse Bay public beach access. This condo puts guests 11 miles from Flint Fields for the equestrian events, close to Grand Traverse and Leelanau peninsulas for sightseeing and wine tours. A short drive to the west will put guests at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dune National Park in Empire. With so much to see and do in Northern Michigan, this condo puts our guests in the heart of it all.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.

After my father was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital while on vacation, my mom, sister, and myself had to travel to Traverse City and needed a place to stay last minute. We found this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. The place is clean, close to the hospital, close to downtown, great view of the lake, bike / walking trail right outside, stocked with all the essentials, and the pictures on line were very accurate. The lock box location for the keys was not in any of the emails I received, we actually had to ask someone who lived there if they knew where it was located & they were able to show us. We would definitely stay again, hopefully next time for pleasure.

This home was beautiful decorated and had every thing we needed. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. It was very cool having direct access to the Boardman trail. The only downside to this home is the entrance. The key lockbox was on the side door and I had a hard time finding it. I called the property manager for help with entry and left them a message. They never returned my call. I eventually found the correct door with the lock box. Overall, we had a great stay.

This is a lovely condo in a nice new building. The furniture and décor were well done and the beds were quite comfortable!!! The window treatments were great for privacy with the big windows. All of the natural light in the space was fantastic! Great kitchen and very nice bathrooms (lower water pressure but we often find that to be the case in condo buildings so not the fault of the owner). The location was great, just south of the main downtown area in TC. Appreciated the assigned parking spot as well. We loved sitting on the back patio (very comfy outdoor furniture!) and watching the people walking dogs, biking, or skating on the Tart Trail. There is construction going on in the area but it did not detract from our stay at all, the condo was VERY quiet, no outside noise or any from other tenants which was great. All in all, a very lovely property that we would absolutely stay at next time we are in the area!
