Riverview 401 provides guests with a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of it all in downtown Traverse City. These luxury condos are located on Front Street right on the Boardman River. As a guest at these condos, you will be able to take in spectacular views of West Grand Traverse Bay from both inside the condos and on the outdoor patios. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the property will accommodate up to 16 guests between both the Upper and Lower units. Secure onsite covered parking is included for 2 vehicles. Beginning summer 2026, guests will be able to enjoy the use of two boat slips- can store a boats up to 25 feet in length. Please check with management about boat trailer parking options as there is not room on site or for boat rental guidance as there are many great vendors in the area.
Overview:
Welcome to Riverview 401! These newly built luxurious condos, located on the beautiful Boardman River in the heart of downtown Traverse City, offers dazzling views of the River and West Bay while providing both indoor and outdoor relaxation at its finest. Within this thoughtfully designed, constructed and furnished two unit condos, you will find comfort, convenience and privacy to rejuvenate even the most weary travelers. Within walking distance of a four block area you will find great dining, entertainment, beaches, unique shops, festival and sporting activities, a lively Farmer’s Market and historical landmarks that make Traverse City the #1 “best lake beach town” in the United States. So, park your car in the private garage and enjoy the chic and vibrant downtown area, or take a road trip or two to visit scenic Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau County. Home to more than 30 vineyards, these agricultural areas are laden with miles of orchards yielding crops of cherries, apples, blueberries, peaches and grapes while also offering unparalleled views of Lake Michigan. Make sure you stop at the roadside stands and small markets for the freshest produce!
Of course, if you prefer to stay in, your condo contains a fully equipped eat-in kitchen/dining area, an out door terrace, a cozy gas fireplace and spectacular sunsets over West Bay!
Lower Unit:
The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed. A high end air mattress is available if you are wanting to be at the 6 guest capacity. Plenty of room to sleep in comfort.
As this is newly constructed all appliances are brand new - the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience. The open floor plan allows for 4 guests to eat in the kitchen with the dining table accommodating 6. The beautiful outdoor patio has a dining space for 4 guests as well as lounge chairs for comfortable seating.
For comfort within the condo, there is air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace making this the perfect place to stay all year round. The comfortable seating both inside and outside make it a great place for your family to gather together and enjoy their vacation.
Upper Unit:
With spectacular views of West Grand Traverse Bay from both inside the condo and the rooftop terrace, the upper unit The property will accommodate up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has 1 twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. A high-end air mattress is available if you are wanting to be at the 10 guest capacity. Plenty of room to sleep in comfort.
As this is newly constructed all appliances are brand new - the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience. The open floor plan allows for 4 guests to eat in the kitchen with the dining table accommodating 8. The beautiful outdoor terrace has a dining space for 8 guests as well as lounge chairs for comfortable seating.
For comfort within the condo, there is air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace making this the perfect place to stay all year round. The comfortable seating both inside and outside make it a great place for your family to gather together and enjoy their vacation.
The condo has its own private parking for two vehicles. If you are bringing more than two vehicles there are parking garages in Traverse City to accommodate the overflow.
Two small dogs may join you on your trip for an additional fee - please reach out to management for more information.
While we can't say enough about the interior of this brand new condo, the location is perhaps the best aspect. Placing you within walking distance of all of the restaurants/bars, local shopping, festival activities, farmer's market, movie theater, Clinch Park West Bay Beach access and more - this condo's location cannot be beat. If you are looking to stay during the Cherry Festival the rooftop terrace will provide you with the best views of the air show, fireworks, and more.
Riverview 401 will provide you with the opportunity to experience the best that Traverse City has to offer and make for lifelong memories.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Such a great location and the property itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-appointed! They even supplied a fresh bag of good coffee! Much appreciated! The view from either side is stunning. There’s a band that played most of the evenings right across the street until 10pm and we listened right from the balcony! There’s a little ice cream place and arcade bar right in that area that was a favorite! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay. The location could not be better as it is right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to everything. The space was perfect for our large group with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The hosts were fantastic to work with and had everything perfectly organized. Communication was smooth from start to finish and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

If you’re looking for a fantastic location in the heart of Traverse City, this place is it! The accommodations were spectacular not only was it clean and easy but the the views and the furnishings were top-notch. We absolutely loved staying at this property.

What a great place! The location was walkable to beaches, shopping, restaurants and so much to do. The views were beautiful. The kids in our group were mesmerized just watching the activity on the river and the bay right out of the windows, and the adults enjoyed the rooftop deck. The units were well furnished and spacious. Our host was super-responsive and our visit was so fun and memorable. Thank you!

Loved our stay here it was spotless and fully stocked. Such beautiful view and a location you can’t beat. Host was very responsive and always happy to answer questions. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work inside and they sent someone within the hour to fix it so we could enjoy it the rest of the stay. Highly recommend we had an amazing experience!

We rented both units. They were both nicely decorated and furnished. They supplied everything you needed and the full-on view of Grand Traverse Bay was stunning. It was a very lovely place to stay and I can’t wait to go back again. Also it is important to note how convenient this place is to downtown TC restaurants and shops. It is the ideal location for a fun Traverse City experience.
