This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is nestled in the woods on all sports Bass Lake in Interlochen. Two bedrooms on the main floor feature king and queen size beds respectively, and share 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a master suite with king size bed, spacious sitting area overlooking the water, kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, sink) and a spa-like bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (water view, of course), shower, basin & separate toilet area. Two additional bedrooms (queen bed and two twins, respectively), share a full bathroom. Two additional twin beds are tucked into a 'sleeper car' cubby off the hall. The main gourmet kitchen is stocked with every appliance and convenience you can imagine and the homeowners thought of EVERYTHING! Quality is evident throughout from cookware to tableware and all manner of utensils and the pantry is thoughtfully stocked with a wide variety of foodstuffs to make preparing your special meals as easy as possible. This kitchen is flanked by two separate dining areas: one water view and one overlooking the sweeping front lawn. There is a second kitchen off the smaller living area that features a breakfast bar and full size appliances to allow for more 'cooks' when preparing meals for larger gatherings. The main living room is airy and bright with a beautiful stone fireplace, large flat screen tv and comfortable and plush furnishings. Stay connected with free WIFI and cable. Cable connections can be found on the TVs in the main living room, the master bedroom in the main house, and in the upstairs apartment. The TV in the downstairs apartment is device ready. Bass lake spans over 100 acres and has a robust population of Crappie, Sunfish and Small Mouth Bass. Fish from boat, dock or shore; anglers of all ages will enjoy a day a day spent catching dinner or swapping tales about 'the one that got away'. Charter a boat and head out on Lake Michigan for wild salmon or cast your line in one of our dozens of nearby rivers and streams. You're never more than 6 miles from fresh water anywhere in northern Michigan; come find your own "secret spot!" The Sleeping Bear Dunes National lakeshore is minutes away and offers dozens of hiking & biking trails from Interlochen north to Empire, Glen Arbor, Leland and Northport.
