This two-story condo includes private parking for two vehicles—one in the garage and one in the lot. The layout is perfect for couples or friends traveling together who want shared spaces but also privacy.

A set of steps in the parking area leads down to the Boardman River—perfect for riverside walks or kayaking. A dock is available for tying up kayaks, canoes, or other non-motorized watercraft.

A small dog up to 75 lbs is welcome for an additional fee. Please contact management to notify us of your pet; a separate consent form is required.

This home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability, township requirements, and insurance policies:

Day guests are not permitted without prior written approval from Management.

Maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded at any time.

Violations may result in fines or eviction as outlined in the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs (if applicable) is provided. Depending on your stay length, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Items not listed are not guaranteed—please contact management if a specific amenity is important.
