A local farm-to-table bakery is also about 20 minutes away.

The spacious covered deck is sure to become a favorite gathering space—perfect for relaxing in the comfortable seating area or enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table. Roll-down shades offer a welcome break from the sun without sacrificing the lake breezes or the peaceful rhythm of the waves.

Inside, the open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, and a gas cooktop, along with abundant cookware, pantry storage, and counter space for preparing meals. A propane grill is also available for those who prefer cooking outdoors.

The open-concept main living area encourages connection with more than 20 feet of windows framing brilliant Lake Michigan views.

A leisurely walk along the beach leads to the northern boundary of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore—miles of pristine shoreline ideal for long, scenic walks.

The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a generator for peace of mind, along with a large paved driveway offering ample parking.

House Rules and Policies

This home is offered for quiet enjoyment only. Due to liability, township regulations, and insurance restrictions, day guests are not permitted without prior written approval from Management. Guest capacity of 9 may not be exceeded at any time. Violations may result in fines or eviction per the rental terms and conditions agreed upon at booking.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs (if applicable) is provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Items not listed are not guaranteed—please contact Management if a specific amenity is important to you.
