Outstanding maintained property; just as described, owner was great and very patient with all of my questions. Sitting on front porch reading book looking at lake was sublime. 5 min to downtown Glen Arbor, 10 min to dunes and tons of trail heads.
Tip: go to Glen Arbor, park in front of (or very near) the "Pine Cone" (its a little ice cream shop). There is a street (Lake Isle Avenue) exactly to the left of the shop. 5 min walk down that street ends in a boardwalk to a beautiful rock beach on Lake Michigan. (Sand too!) Crystal blue and navy waters there of the big lake...being from Chicago area we never knew it was so blue!
