With 2 bedrooms and 1 updated bathroom, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests—and your well-behaved dog is welcome to join you for an additional fee (see rental agreement for details).

Home Features

The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The cozy living room offers ample seating and a Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows or work remotely if needed. The recently updated bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

A washer and dryer are available on site for your convenience—though we hope your time is filled with fun, not laundry!

About Charlevoix

Charlevoix is a beloved Northern Michigan escape, known for hosting the Venetian Festival and Apple Fest. But no matter the season, there's always something to do:

- Summer: Beaches, golf, skate park, marina walks, community parks, local dining, microbreweries, boutique shopping, Mushroom House tours, breathtaking sunsets, and watching the iconic drawbridge rise for passing boats.

- Winter: Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and sledding at local trails and resorts.

While the home does not have air conditioning, fans are provided for guest comfort.

This home is rented for quiet enjoyment only. Due to township rules, insurance policies, and liability restrictions:

- No day guests are permitted without express permission from management.

- Maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded at any time. Violations may result in fines or eviction per the terms and conditions agreed to at booking.

Starter Supplies Provided

We provide a starter pack that includes paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs (if applicable). Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. If certain amenities are essential to your stay, please contact management in advance.
