The open floor plan allows for 4 guests to eat in the kitchen with the dining table accommodating 6. The beautiful outdoor patio has a dining space for 4 guests as well as lounge chairs for comfortable seating. For comfort within the condo, there is air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace making this the perfect place to stay all year round. The comfortable seating both inside and outside make it a great place for your family to gather together and enjoy their vacation. The condo has its own private parking for one vehicle. If you are bringing more than one vehicle there are parking garages in Traverse City to accommodate the overflow. While we can't say enough about the interior of this brand new condo, the location is perhaps the best aspect.
