NEW AC unit installed- loft area now with central air! Named after the famous blue stone, this home is also a blue treasure found in Lake Leelanau. This home has a fantastic view of the lake with 100 feet of private footage. The home is less than a mile from a public boat launch and guests are welcome to bring their boat and spend their days cruising around Lake Leelanau. The home has a paddleboat available for guest use with life jackets for two adults and two children available to keep everyone safe. Guests will find the sandy bottomed lake inviting for swimming and playing. At the end of the day, tie your boat to the dock, head on up to the deck to grill dinner, and eat at the outdoor dining table while taking in the beautiful scenery. Inside the home, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining nook, and living room with a working fire place. The first floor of the home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a master suite with a king sized bed and attached master bathroom. In the master bath, there is a jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day in the summer sun. Upstairs is the perfect getaway for the children as the loft room has two sets of twin bunk beds and a television set up for streaming and a half bathroom. Kids can step away from the adults and plan the next day's adventures in peace! We recommend that guests take a moment to enjoy the three seasons room accessible from both the Master Bedroom and the deck. Bring a book and relax on the cozy furniture, take in the amazing water views and soak in the peacefulness of Leelanau Blue! A great home for guests to make their Up North summer memories! No Pets. This home was so beautiful! I felt it was better than the pictures ?? It was the perfect home for a mix of adults and kids and my sons loved the upstairs kids area. We spent a ton of time outside, and loved having a fully stocked kitchen. Rooms were spacious and there is so much to do within a short distance! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time here. We especially enjoyed the lovely grounds and outdoor living spaces. The chef’s kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The indoor living spaces all had amazing lake views. The sun room brought the outdoors in and was a favorite hangout spot when it rained. Leelanau Blue is a real gem!

We would definitely consider booking this property again, and we feel fortunate for having the opportunity to stay there last week. The house's layout is perfect for comfortably accommodating a range of guests from grandkids to grandparents, and my wife and me. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and riding the pedalboat around the lake. The location is quiet and serene, but only a short drive from great restaurants and beaches at Leland and Sutton's Bay.

We loved our stay at Lake Leelanau. The house was perfect for our party of 10- 6 adults and 4 kids. The location is great- on the lake with great views. And super close to a market, restaurants, wineries, etc.

Incredible views, beauty of the garden adjacent to the deck, proximity to Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City. We also appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, filtered water, and Weber grill.

Beautiful property and lake views. Gorgeous home and lay out with beautiful views of Lake Leelanau. Kitchen, utensils all new. Very nice beds, eating area and rear deck. We enjoyed to stay very much.
