This property was in a perfect location as it was close to downtown Traverse City and not too far to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor area which are both great spots to check out. The peacefulness of and the serenity of the lake were just what we were looking for and the property was very well kept for being older.

We enjoyed our stay. The property location was great. Close to parks, small towns, Moomers Ice Cream!, and Traverse City. My only negative would be that the place needs some TLC. It could be a beautiful home. But overall it was clean, roomie, and we would rent it again.

This property has EVERYTHING. All the kitchen essentials, washer/drier/detergent, tube, dock big enough for 2 boats, a canoe, charcoal grill, fire pit (newspaper and fire wood sitting there for use when we got here), patio area with water views, the list goes on! We loved being on a no wake/quiet lake with easy access through a channel to an all sports lake. It was great to be able to bring our dog and there were cute doggie paw wipes by the door. Lots of thoughtful touches like that. The beds were quite comfortable. I 100% recommend this property and suggest booking longer than you anticipated because you won’t want to leave!

Great home, gorgeously clear lake! Lost of steps, but we needed the workout, lol! The *only* wish was that the canoe was a traditional deep, metal canoe rather than a plexiglass shallow canoe - I’m 5 ft 8, and I’m the shortest in the family, so the canoe was a bit uncomfortable and unsteady for us tall folks - but that was extremely minor.

Nice home on the prettiest little no wave lake with easy access to big long lake. Very quiet and relaxing yet just minutes from all that Traverse City has to offer.

We loved the location-the lake is very quiet and we really enjoyed the canoe and water trampoline. We also liked the proximity to other activities-shops in Traverse City, and exploring Suttons Bay and Sleeping Bear Dunes and Moomers!
