Located in Suttons Bay, Hidden Haven is the perfect affordable getaway for 2. The home is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. Although the home is a part of a duplex, it offers ample private space with a full back yard, fire pit, charcoal grill, and outdoor dining set.
The location simply cannot be beat- it is across the street from Herman Park which offers a disc golf course, pickle ball courts, and pavilions. Behind the house is a private trail that connects to the Leelanau Trail which is part of the Traverse Area Recreational Trail and offers a 17 mile paved off-road connection between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Guests can easily hop on this trail and bike or walk the short distance to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, public beach and parks, ice cream shops, coffee shops and more that is offered in Downtown Suttons Bay.
We highly recommend taking the provided beach towels and cooler and spending the day at the public beach taking a dip in the refreshing blue waters of Suttons Bay and spending the evening at the private backyard firepit making s'mores and taking in the starry summer night sky.
Suttons Bay is the perfect up north vacation destination with proximity to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear National Park, lighthouses, shopping, restaurants, casinos and more. There is a little something for everyone in our little Hidden Haven.

We really enjoyed our stay at Northland rental. The location was quiet and off the beaten path, yet only a five minute drive from Suttons Bay. My husband loved that the bike trail was virtually in the back yard! The home was nicely furnished and the kitchen well appointed, a step above many airbnbs. We highly recommend this place and will come back!

Great location, EZPZ walk to the restaurants in Suttons Bay and right off the Lelenau Trail. Matched the listing perfectly. A little tricky to find, but not bad once you find it, read the description they send!

Thank you for a great stay! Loved being walking distance to town (and some great trails) while feeling secluded.

Although small inside, this quaint apartment has a large, pretty and private yard. It is sunny with a comfortable queen bed and nice bathroom and kitchenette. Be prepared for no air-conditioning-fans are provided. The value for the money is great, considering the easy access to beautiful Sutton's Bay and the sites on the Leelanau Peninsula.

Nice place. Perfect for 2. A little off the main road and secluded. Clean, very well stocked with bath, kitchen and additional beach supplies. There was a power issue that we all found out about after our stay was booked. Our host had flashlights and water for us if they were needed. (Power was off overnight).
Our 1st experience with Airbnb, and it was very positive.

Rented this place for a writing retreat and it was perfect! Quiet and peaceful, woke up to birds singing every morning and watching a bunny hop around the yard in the evening. But it was also close to the bay and downtown where there was plenty to see and do when I needed distractions or something to eat. Loved it!
