This beautiful home has a unique and incredible setting off of the famous M-22 on it's own private peninsula of mature oak trees. With over 250 feet of private, direct frontage you have your own secluded oasis. The beach area changes each season as the water levels rise and fall and this season it is fairly rocky so bring your water shoes. There is a nice dock with a sitting area at the end and a ladder for easy access for swimming! Water views are abundant from almost every room and from the water side decks you can find the most expansive, majestic view of West Bay. Located only 5 minutes to downtown Traverse City and 12 minutes from Suttons Bay this home makes it easy to pop into town for lunch, shopping, dinner and nightlife.
The main floor of the home features hardwood floors and windows throughout the spacious living and dining room. Also located on the main floor is a tiled entry and large kitchen. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, more hardwood flooring, a large island with seating for 6 and access to the to main level deck.
Upstairs you will find a comfortable master suite with a king bed overlooking the water. Just off the master bedroom is an additional deck with seating for 2. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and dresser. Bedroom #3 has two twin bunk beds and a large shelved closet with dresser. The upper level has a shared bathroom with double sinks, shower and tub. The laundry facilities are also located on this level.
The lower walk out level contains a large newly carpeted space for sleeping, small TV viewing area perfect for the kids and a full bath with double sinks. There are water views from this spacious room as well as from the bathroom. Double sliders open up onto the lower level deck with plenty of room to relax. Sleeping arrangements in this area include a queen bed, bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a fold out couch.
The main level deck offers seating for all. A wide set of steps lead to the lower level deck and grilling area equipped with both Weber gas and charcoal grills.
The beach area offers space to play and many chairs for your enjoyment. There are also several kayaks for your use. License #2022-23

We loved this home. Perfect for our sibling wkend. The home was very accommodating. We had everything we needed. Plenty of Living space. Loved the kitchen. The deck & all the furniture plentiful. A Firepit, khakis if you want to be on the water. Plenty of bedrooms, linens & beach towels. You won’t be sorry with your stay. The location is perfect between Traverse City to Suttons Bay the other direction. I would recommend a new coffee pot for the kitchen. It takes a long time to brew.

We loved Panoramic Point! We’ve stayed at many different houses in the area, and Panoramic Point is the nicest one we’ve stayed in. We felt immediately at home when we arrived. The house was spacious and tastefully decorated with several different seating areas on the main floor, and with truly panoramic views of the bay. The bed in the primary bedroom was possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I loved the view of the bay from the bedroom. The decks and dock were amazing! When we weren’t out exploring the area, we spent most of our time out on the deck, or kayaking or floating in tubes on the Bay. We really appreciated that the home included kayaks, beach towels and an assortment of water shoes. In fact the home provided everything we needed for a perfect Up North vacation.

The house was set beautifully on the property! Walls full of windows provided the most stunning view of the waterfront. The master suite was positioned to face the water and had its own balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen set up was a masterpiece and had loads of essentials. The home had some age to it but was very very well kept. I’ve my fingers crossed to get the dates we want next time because we will certainly be back!
