Whether you are coming to attend the horse shows at Flint Fields, spend time exploring the best parts of Northern Michigan or are visiting on a work assignment, this home's location provides you perfect access to where you want to be. Located in East Bay township, the home is located 8 miles from Flint Fields, 3 miles from Downtown Traverse City, and 3/4 mile from Traverse City State Park and Beach. Guests wanting to access the Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) to bike ride, walk, or roller blade will be pleased to be only a block from access. The home can accommodate 6 guests comfortably within its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a double bed in the secondary bedroom. The couch pulls out to a queen mattress and there is also a queen air mattress for guests who prefer to not share a bed. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo with a vanity and toilet. The living space offers comfortable seating and a television with a Roku stick for you to log into your favorite streaming apps. The dining room table opens up to offer ample seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and utensils for your cooking. Complete with a washer and dryer, Northern Latitudes has everything to make the space feel like being at home. The fenced in back yard with fire pit and gas grill gives the perfect outdoor space to enjoy the shaded lot and the beauty of Traverse City in a private setting. This home requires a minimum stay of 30 days per township guidelines. A dog may be considered for an additional fee. Please check with management if planning on bringing a pet. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked. We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property.
