The large private yard is a great place for family to spread out and enjoy the beauty and peace of Northern Michigan. Located a brief drive to downtown Traverse City, the location of this home has guests in the heart of it all. The home accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and is located on the main floor. Upstairs there are two additional guest rooms - one with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full sized bed perfect sleeping space for siblings. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms. All mattresses and linens are new. The main living level has a full sized recently renovated bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has brand new appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the utensils, pots/ pans, mixing bowls that a guest would need to prepare a meal. Just outside the main entry, guests who choose to have access to a gas grill to prepare a home cooked meal. The living room has ample seating for guests with a Smart TV. The home has reliable wifi service for those guests who are wanting to stay connected or are looking for a working vacation. The dining room has plenty of seating and offers a great view of the water. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked. We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property.
