Incredible views and breathtaking sunsets! Lake Michigan and South Manitou Island can be seen from nearly every room in this newly decorated Big Glen home. Sit back, relax and enjoy the lakeside deck running the entire length of Tree Tops that creates the perfect place to catch a few rays, gather for dinner, or sip your chardonnay as the sun slips into the west. Take a hike down to the lake (a combination of pathway and stairs) and walk down the dock and ladder for a refreshing swim in Glen Lake. A boat mooring is available if you choose to bring your own boat. All rooms are newly decorated in coastal colors and offer an inviting, air conditioned atmosphere, so relax in the open concept living-dining area/fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, that also offers a king bedroom and half bath. After a busy day of sightseeing get a good nights sleep on the brand new king size sleep by number bed in the main floor bedroom. With another newly dressed queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom, recreation/laundry room on her lower level, you can enjoy views from a second lower deck as well. Visitors often say this home has the “best view in the Midwest!”--- we think you will agree!

We rented several properties on the lake for a long overdue family reunion. Treetops quickly became the favorite dinner spot as the view of the lake and the sunsets were fantastic! The home is well appointed and we’d rent it again in a second.

Beautiful home and location. House was very clean and well taken care of. The views of glen lake are worth every penny. Only issue was not having the correct code to get into the house initially, but that was figured out rather quickly. Would highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

I should tell everyone how bad this property is so that nobody stays here and I can keep it to myself for the rest of time. This house is BEAUTIFUL and has the best views in Michigan. It is simply magical, especially in the fall. The ease of use and the amazing rental team makes the process seamless. I cannot wait to stay here again.

This is the most gorgeous lake I’ve ever seen. The house is well-appointed and perfect for a family vacation. The sunsets over the lake are spectacular and the water was perfection. We loved every.single.minute of our stay and are planning to return next year. It’s a bit of a hike down to the lake but the views from the house are well worth it. This was one of those vacations we will never forget. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We fell in love with Glen Lake and will definitely be back.

Even more beautiful than we hoped for! We had a last minute change of plans and only had a couple of days to find something. It was our first time using VRBO and all we knew was we loved Glen Lake and hoped to find something near it. The house and the view of the lake was absolutely beautiful. We made sure we were back every evening for the awesome sunsets. It was quiet, clean and the house had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Connie at Northland was such a great help when we had questions about easy access to the home for my parents. We will definitely be back :)
