Tall Timber D4 is a two bedroom one bath condo at The Homestead, Michigans Fresh Water Resort. The Tall Timber association is a gated community. This unit features an efficiency kitchen with all your basic needs. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular views of the river and Lake Michigan. While guests do not have access to the pool, you can grab your beach towels and head to Lake Michigan, just a 5 minute walk away. All linens and towels are provided, the item you may want to bring are beach towels as they are not offered. The Homestead is less than 5 minutes to the Village of Glen Arbor where you can enjoy our shops and eateries. Rent a bike for the day and go exploring, rent a kayak and enjoy the Crystal River, or venture on over to The Sleeping Bear Dunes, a national treasure and less than a ten minute drive away! If golf is your pleasure there are many courses within a twenty minute drive of the resort. If wine tasting is your pleasure enjoy several wine tasting rooms within a 20 minute drive. Come enjoy one of Northern Michigan's treasures! Sorry, guests do not have access to the pool or beach club privileges. No Pets. Please see rental agreement for cancellation and refund policy.

The pictures tell all. You can sit on the deck overlooking the river, watch people row or canoe or paddleboard ... or do it yourself. It's a short walk across the bridge to the lake, where you can sit on the narrow beach or climb up a dune and look out over the lake. Great sunsets!

This property is in a great location. It is hard to see from the pictures, but you are steps away from Crystal River and Lake Michigan. Our kids would catch fish with a net and float down the river. We also played a lot at the beach looking at Lake Michigan. The sunsets are amazing from the porch. The trip to town is a short drive or bike ride away. There are a number of restaurants and small shops in town. The condo was a good size for me, my wife and our young kids.
